She has scaled and sold two ‘best-in-class’ professional service consulting firms and brings a wealth of experience from operating at the most senior levels in big corporate – as a C-Suite level executive herself and as senior counsel to boards and leadership teams.

Recognising an easier and faster way for leaders to supercharge their organisations (as well as their own lives) Sarah founded The Vibrant Company in 2018 and is a respected commentator on human-centred business approaches. She is also an angel investor and holds several NED positions.
