The Global Gender Gap Report 2020 also shows that none of us will see gender parity in our lifetimes, and nor likely will many of our children. These findings show that gender parity will not be achieved for 99.5 years.

The Great British Businesswoman Forum will bring together the great and the good for a day of learning, insight and guidance. Focusing on the key areas of leadership, new ways of working and personal career progression, the Great British Businesswoman Forum will provide a platform to challenge the status quo, support the next generation of female leaders and pave the way to change.
The Great British Businesswoman Forum will be the go-to ecosystem, offering the support to enable all female identifying workers to achieve greatness.
There is no denying that 2020 was a challenging year for us all, and research from the Fawcett Society shows that the pandemic has had a 'devastating' impact on gender equality in the workplace, but there are 'signs of hope'. We believe that there has never been a more important time to champion women, and we are making it our mission to create a supportive and engaged ecosystem for women in business.
Although events are still very unlikely to take place in person, we know that the show must go on(line)! The 2021 Great British Businesswoman Forum, will take place online on October 14th, enabling this important initiative to reach people in the comfort of their own homes.
