Rav Bumbra is an award-winning diversity consultant, advisor to organisations, and international speaker. She is highly recognised within the industry for her work in the space of “Women in Technology” addressing the gender gap and underrepresentation of women across industries. She has been showcased as one of the Most Influential Women in UK Tech since 2017 and was inducted into the Computer Weekly Hall of Fame in 2022.

She is Founder of Structur3dpeople, a diversity consultancy advising senior execs and businesses on how to build strategies that will attract, develop and retain talent, turning their organisations into engines of growth and transformation.

She is also Founder of Cajigo, a multi-award winning social enterprise, driving a mission to educate and engage 20,000 girls into technology careers as well as empower women of all ages to see their endless possibilities in the world of technology.

With a 25-year consulting background, Rav also sits on the boards of Women in Business in Bristol, to support the progression of women in the Southwest and Women of the Year Lunch and Awards to celebrate the achievements of women who are doing remarkable things and making a difference in society.

Rav is also host of “Women Talk Tech” an Instagram Live chat show, where she interviews women leaders, innovators, entrepreneurs and everyday role models to share their tech journeys and strategies for a successful career.
