Joining in 2014 and promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2018, Joanne was instrumental in scaling GPS and securing investment from arguably the most impressive consortium in the payments industry, closing a $400 million fund raise in January 2022. Joanne stepped up to the newly created role of Vice Chair in July 2022 and focuses on the GPS’ growth and global profile. Prior to GPS, Joanne worked in management consulting, where she specialised in complex multinational transformation programmes for FTSE 100 companies.
