Chalene is Global HR Director at Burberry, leading the people agenda for Marketing & Communications. Having initially joined Burberry to deliver the global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy, she has succeeded in a number of roles charged with embedding inclusion within the people experience through recognition, wellbeing and engagement initiatives. Chalene is a certified project manager and practised HR professional, with extensive experience in the UK, Germany and the US across talent acquisition, engagement, reward, organisational change management, board effectiveness and leadership development programmes. She is also an accredited workplace coach and passionate about creating spaces for individuals to be seen and heard for the benefit of organisations and society.
