She provides expertise, support and advice around all aspects of Diversity and Inclusion both on and off screen. Anjani sits on the Screen industry advisory board for Ravensbourne University, the OFCOM diversity advisory committee, the steering group for the TV industry’s diversity monitoring system Project Diamond and the Creative Industries Council (CIC) Diversity working group.

Prior to this Anjani worked for over 18 years as a Television Producer and Director on shows including Come Dine With Me, Masterchef and Location, Location, Location. She has also worked as a Talent Manager for BBC Drama and has collaborated on a number of projects to address issues around skills shortages and diversity.
