Lucile is the Head of Diversity and Inclusion at ITN, one of the UK’s most respected news provider, reaching over 10million people every day. A go-getter with a creative mind, she is an award-winning leader with a decade of experience specialising in driving and implementing cultural change as well as empowering individuals to help them become conscious leaders. Lucile is also a Guest Lecturer in Business Schools across Europe, lecturing on a variety of topics such as International Business Ethics, Inclusive Leadership and Harnessing the power of Consumers’ new behaviours.

From a French and North African background, and the first person in her family to attend university, Lucile believes in the power of diverse and inclusive teams to transform the workplace. She enjoys helping others explore the intricacies of intersectional identities, the psychology of inclusion and behaviours that promote authenticity and belonging. She is passionate about creating safe and brave spaces to facilitate conversations and connecting with people to create long-lasting relationships by bringing everyone on a change journey.

Lucile comes with a wealth of cross industry experience having worked within the third sector, construction, legal sector and the media industry and has a BA (Hons) in Politics and International Relations and a MA in Human Rights Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
